Veterans Alliance is hiring experienced Production Operators to support manufacturing operations in Blacksburg, Virginia. This is a 12-month contract opportunity offering competitive pay and weekly per diem.
This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing experience or soldering skills looking to grow in a production environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and production tasks in a manufacturing environment
- Operate tools and equipment to support production processes
- Perform soldering and component assembly as required
- Follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of manufacturing experience – REQUIRED
- OR experience with soldering/electronics assembly
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Compensation & Details
- Pay: $16.00 – $18.00/hr
- Per Diem:
- Up to $240/week (must qualify)
- Contract Length: 12 Months
- Shift: 2nd Shift
- Location: Blacksburg, VA
- Interview Process: Teams Panel Interview
- Tools: No personal tools required
